युवाओं को आगे आना होगा देश को जातिवादी राजवाडों व क्षत्रपो से आजाद कराने के लिए !

हमारे देश का सबसे बड़ा दुर्भाग्य जातिवादी व्यवस्था है इस जातिवादी व्यवस्था की वजह से हिंदुस्तान हमेशा कमजोर पड़ा है। जिसका आभास प्राचीन समय से ही समय समय पर भारत यात्रा पर आये विदेशी यात्रियों व् छात्रों ने कर लिया था। जिसका लाभ पहले हुणो ने लिया आक्रमण कर भारत को लुटा फिर मुगलो ने और बाद में ब्रिटिशो ने। इस दौरान इन्होने जो भारतीय संस्कृत व् सभ्यता की ताकत थी उसे समाप्त करने की पूरी कोशिश की और जो कमजोरी थी जैस जातिवाद उसे आरक्षण जैसे व्यवस्था से जोड़कर और मजबूती दी, अब जो बाकी है उसे हमारे देश के ही कुछ चतुर नेतागण बड़ी ही चालाकी से अपने अपने वर्ग विशेष के लोगो को बरगला कर लूट रहे है।

यदि हम पुरे देश के क्षेत्रीय राजनीत का सही से अवलोकन करे तो पाएंगे की पुनः देश में लगभग उतने ही जातिवादी राजवाड़े पैदा हो गए है जितने सरदार पटेल ने आजादी के बाद हिंदुस्तान में शामिल करवाए थे। यदि हम देश के सबसे बड़े राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश का अवलोकन करे तो यंहा अजीत सिंह चौधरी रजवाड़ा , मुलायम सिंह यादव रजवाड़ा , मायावती दलित राजकुमारी, अमर सिंह राजा भैया क्षत्रिय राजवाड़ा , मुख़्तार अंसारी मुग़ल राजवाडा कई अन्य और भी है। अब बिहार को देखिए लालू यादव रजवाड़ा , रामविलास पासवान रजवाड़ा , नितीश कुमार कुर्मी राजवाड़ा , जीतनराम मंझिदलित राजवाड़ा, सहाबुदीन अंसारी राजवाड़ा इत्यादि। मध्य प्रदेश में ब्रिटिश समय से चला आ रहा सिंधिया राजवाड़ा, दिग्विजय सिंह राजपूत राजवाड़ा , चौहान राजवाड़ा , इसी तरह से पुरे देश में अलग अलग जातिवादी क्षत्रपो ने अपना अपना राजवाड़ा स्थापित कर लिया है। एक प्रकार से देश पुनः आजादी से पूर्व वाली राजशाही व्यवस्था की और बढ़ चुका है और इन जातिवादी राजाओ को अपने विकास के आलावा केवल उतना दिखता है जितने से केवल वे अपने जाती विशेष के विश्वास को जीतते रहे। जरा सोचिये जिस राजशाही व्यवस्था से निजात पाने के लिए हम सब लोगो ने १५० सालो तक आजादी की लड़ाई लड़ी और लाखो नवजवानों व महिलाओं ने अपनी कुर्बानी दी। पुनः आज ६८ साल बाद फिर उसी जाल में ये जातिवादी मसीहा कहे जाने वाले नेताओं, जो अब रजवाड़ो में बदल चुके है, के चक्कर में बुरी तरह से उलझ गए है जो केवल अपने कुनबे के विकाश में लगे है क्षेत्र, राज्य व देश का विकाश केवल एक दिखावा बन कर रह गया है।

आजादी के बाद जिस लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था की नींव रखी गयी थी उन्ही खामियों का फायदा उठाकर कुछ नेता केवल अपने स्वार्थ मे देश को जाती के आधार पर बांट दिया है। मजे की बात तो ये है की तब हमारी साक्षरता बहुत कम थी और बुजुर्गो की जनसंख्या ज्यादा क्यों की सही स्वस्थ सुविधा व पौष्टिक आहार की कम उपलब्धता की वजह से और जानकारी के आभाव मे ज्यादातर बच्चे मर जाते थे परन्तु आज जब कि देश मे युवाओं की संख्या विश्व मे सबसे अधिक है और वैज्ञानिक व शैक्षिक रूप से अच्छा विकाश हुआ है फिर भी देश मे जातिवादी रजवाड़ो व् क्षत्रपों का विकाश बहुत तेज हुआ है और कुछ गिने चुने नेताओं के बरगलाये मे देश के पढ़े लिखें युवा उनका साथ दे रहे है ये बहुत ही दुर्भाग्य पूर्ण है। आज चीन व अन्य यूरोपीय देश जो भारत के बाद आजाद हुए ज्यादा विकाश किये और भारत उनसे बहुत पीछे है क्योंकि मध्यकालीन समय से ही भारत को जातिवादी व्यवस्था बुरी तरह से जकड़े हुए है जो अब जादिवादी रजवाड़ो का रूप ले लिए है और ये केवल अपने लिए राजशाही हवेलिया, विदेशो मे हजारो एकड़ जमीन, पांच सितारा होटल और उद्दोग लगा रहे है उन्हें केवल अपने विकाश का ध्यान है जनता का विकाश तो केवल पेपरों पर है इन जातिवादी रजवाड़ो के साथ केवल उनका विकाश हो रहा है जो इनके चापलूस है या इनके लिए कारक, जैसे ब्रिटिश समय मे चापलूस धोखेबाज गद्दार देश के जमींदारों ने अंग्रेज अफसरों की चापलूसी कर कमाई उसी तरह आजके अधिकारी भी इन जातिवादी रजवाड़ो की गुलामी कर रहे है और अपने को मजबूत बना रहे है, आम जनता तो आजादी के पहले भी गुलाम थी आज भी गुलाम है अंतर तो बस इतना है की पहले विदेशियों के गुलाम थे और आज अपने जातिवादी क्षत्रपों के गुलाम।

आज देश के युवाओं को इस बात को बहुत गहराई से समझने की आवश्य्कता है यदि आप वास्तव मे भारत को एक विकसित देश व विश्व मे सबसे ताकतवर देश बनने देखना चाहते हो तो जातिवादी राजनीत से बहार निकलना होगा और राष्ट्र शक्ति व् विकाश के नाम पर एकजुट होना होगा। देश को इन जातिवादी रजवाड़ो के चंगुल से मुक्त कराना है तो अपना नेता जाती के आधार पर न चुनकर उसे चुनना होगा जो विकाश की बात करता हो जो देश की बात करता हो ना कि जाति कि या स्वार्थ कि। अपना नेता उसे चुने जो क्षेत्र के विकाश के लिए दृंढ संकल्पित हो पढ़ा लिखा राष्ट्रवादी हो न कि जातिवादी। जिसके लिए पार्टी से ऊपर क्षेत्र का विकाश व देशहित हो।

अच्छे भविष्य के लिए युवाओ को जातिगत राजनीत से बहार निकल एकत्रित होना होगा !

आजादी के ६९ वर्ष बाद भी हमारा देश धीमीगति से विकास कर रहा उसके पीछे मुख्य कारणो मे से एक कारण जातिगत राजनीतिक अवधारणा है जिसको आरक्षण के लौ ने और मजबूत ही किया है। आज जबकि देश में युवाओ की जनसँख्या विश्व में सबसे अधिक ३५६ मिलियन केवल १०-२४ वर्ष के युवाओ की है और पढ़े लिखे लोगो की जनसंख्या ७० % से अधिक है जो आजादी के समय ४० % भी कम हुआ करती थी ऐसे में यदि एक २२ वर्षीय दलित शोध छात्र आत्मा हत्या करता है  तो ये निसंदेह एक बड़ी सोच व चर्चा का विषय है ऐसी घटनाओ और आंदोलनो के पीछे कौन है ? इसको भी समझाना जरुरी है, नहीं तो देश का युवा शक्ति जो समाज को नई दिशा दे सकता है वो भटक जायेगा और देश गृह युद्ध की स्थिति मे पहुँच जायेगा।
आज जो हमारी आर्थिक विकाश दर विश्व मे तीसरी पायदान पर है उस पर देश का हर युवा गौरवान्वित महसूस कर रहा है और देश को विश्व शक्ति के रूप में देखने के लिए हर संभव योगदान देने को तैयार है। आज जंहा देश मे युवाओ द्वारा स्थापित और संचालित ४४०० संस्थाए देश मे दस लाख से अधिक लोगो को रोजगार मुहैया करा रहे है जो कि अमेरिका व् ब्रिटेन के बाद तीसरे स्थान पर है तथा स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा के साथ आने वाले सालो मे करोडो लोगो को रोजगार मुहैया कराते हुए देश को विश्वशक्ति बनाने मे आगे बढ़ने को तैयार है, ऐसे मे कुछ स्वहित से स्थापित संस्थाए व संगठन युवाओ को भ्रमित कर, उनकी एकता को विखंडित कर देश मे गृह युद्ध जैसी स्थिति पैदा कर सकते है जो वे अपने स्वहित के सामने या तो समझ नहीं पा रहे या इतना आगे बढ़ चुके है की अब उनके पास ये समझने का विकल्प ही नहीं है ऐसे में सरकार को आगे बढ़कर ऐसे संस्थाओ को  चिंहित कर दिशा देने की जरुरत है।

आज जब हमारे देश की युवा पीढ़ी जागरूक है ऐसे मे विश्वविद्यालय व अन्य सभी शैक्षणिक संस्थाओ को छात्र राजनीत से मुक्त कर, नकारात्मक विचार से संचालित गैर सरकारी संस्थाओ व् संगठनो को शैक्षणिक परिसर मे प्रतिबंधित करना समय की आवश्यकता है क्यों कि छात्रों मे अब नेतृत्व की क्षमता विकसित करने के कई अन्य माध्यम भी प्रचलित हो रहे है जो उनमे सकारत्मक भाव को विकसित कर रहे है जैसे की - "युथ पार्लियामेंट" के तहत सदनीय कार्यवाही का अनुभव कराना, "युथ कांग्रेस" के तहत गंभीर मुद्दो पर चर्चा से समाधान निकालना व युवाओ के विचार और रचनात्मकता को समझाना, "युथ समिट" के माध्यम उनके द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्यो को प्रोत्साहन देकर विभिन्न समस्याओं पर उनसे ही वार्षिक प्रोग्राम तैयार करवाकर उनकी ऊर्जा व रचनात्मकता को उपयोग में लाना, इससे उनमे आत्मविश्वास की वृद्धि होगी व् उनको प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा, न की उनको छात्र जीवन में ही राजनीत मे झोककर उनके अंदर जाति -धर्म -सम्प्रदाय- आरक्षण जैसी नकारात्मक भाव को बढ़ावा देना।

युवाओ को ये सोचनाहोगा की आखिर हमारा देश आज भी पीछे क्यों है ? जब कि हमारे साथ आजाद अन्य देश विकसित देश की श्रेणी मे शामिल है।  उसके पीछे मुख्य कारण, देश के कुछ नेताओ ने अपने फायदे के लिए देश की जनता को "जाति -धर्म- आरक्षण" के जाल मे भ्रमित कर रखा है, जिसे, आज देश के युवाओ को समझाना होगा और ऐसी भावनाओ व नेताओ के चाल से बाहर निकलकर, देश के विकास व राष्ट्रहित मे सोचना होगा तभी हमारा और देश का भविष्य सुरक्षित हो पायेगा। हम युवाओ को ये सोचना होगा की, हम देश को विश्वशक्ति बनाने मे क्या योगदान दे सकते है अपनी ऊर्जा को उसमे लगाना चाहिए, न की जाति धर्म व आरक्षण के भाव को भड़काने वाले संगठनो के बहकावे में आकर अपनी ऊर्जा का दुरूप्रयोग क्योंकि जैसे जैसे समाज शिक्षित व विकसित हो रहा है वैसे वैसे ये जाति धर्म की बाते गौड़ हो रही है, ऐसे में आने वाली पीढ़ी इन मुद्दो पर साथ नहीं देगी इस लिए जो युवा भ्रम में आकर ऐसे मुद्दो पर अपना राजनैतिक भविष्य भी देख रहे है वो बेवकूफ है जैसे की #रोहितवुमेला जो अपने अंतर्मन को भी नही पहचान पाया और अंत मे कुछ जाति धर्म के ठेकेदारो के जाल मे फस कर अपनी जीवन लीला खुद ही समाप्त कर लिया उनका क्या गया जिन लोगो ने उसे बरगलाया था कुछ भी नही बल्कि उनको तो अपनी राजनीति चमकाने और दलितों का मशीहा बनने का एक और मौका दे गया वो । इसलिए नवजवानों पहचानो अपने मन को की तुम्हारा मन क्या कहता है बहकावे में मत आओ।

देश मे कोई दूसरा #रोहितवुमेला  न बन पाये, इस लिए युवाओ तुम जाति धर्म व आरक्षण के भ्रम से बाहर आओ एकत्रित हो और नकारात्मक भावनाओ को भड़काने वाले संगठनो व नेताओ को सीख दो की, हम एक है विखंडित नहीं होगे।  राष्ट्र का विकास व राष्ट्रहित हमारी प्राथमिकता है न कि घृणत राजनीत।

An overlook About Gender Inequality Problem in India

Gender inequality in India is multifaceted issue that refers to Health, Education, Economic and Political inequality but majorly it evaluate by “ Sex Ratio Gap” between Men and Women Globally, Which is 940 F/ 1000 M in India . As per annual report made by various institution like UNDP, WEF, OECD on parameter of “ Sex Selective Abortion and Female -Male literacy ratio ” shows that India along with other Developing Countries have high gender inequality and low women empowerment than Developed countries.

Reports indicate that developing countries have Big Gender base Economic inequality, Low Literacy and Poor Health. There are huge gap between Men and Women Wage Payment- men paid 103/ day and women paid 55 / day, Although Government has taken various corrective major like Micro Credit Programme promoted by women Self Help Group, Equal Inheritance Right to Ancestral Properties and allowing them to participate in Armed Forces resulting in improving women economic inequality. Female Literacy rate 65% than male 82% - reason are Patriarchal Society, Lack of Sanitary facilities, Lack of Female Teachers in schools/ college and Social Security even though  government has introduced many programme like “ Non Formal Education Programme” in which about 40% centres in state and 10% in union territory exclusively reserve for females. Also state like Orrisa reserved 30% seats for females in medical- engineering college and universities, UP govt ensure free education for Girl Child till the Graduation etc . On the Health and Survival measures Domestic Gender Violence is major problem of female inequality, major source for Gender violence are Slective Sex Abortion, Rape and Dowry despite Government banned the selective abortion under Pre-conception and Pre-natal Dignostics Techniques Act in 1994 and taking -giving Dowry by Dowry Prohibition Act 1961.

Furthermore Gender inequality is a historic worldwide phenomena rooted in Cultures and Gender norm that organizes social life human relation as well as promote subordination of women in form of social stata. In India this cultural influence favour the preference for son related to kinship, lineage, inheritance, identity, status and economic security across the cast n class line. Also the Patriarchal nature of Indian society feel that Girls child will go to her husband house so they will lose all they have invested in and expected support from the son in old age  are disincentive for girls sex selection. Another reason for Son preferences in Indian Society are they only entitled to perform funeral of parents and daughter become liability due to humpty dowry demand even dowry is prohibited under Indian Civil Law by section 304B and 498A of Indian Penal Code. Although since independence India made many significant legal reform to address gender inequality . For instance Constitution of India contain a clause guarantee the Right of Equality and Freedom from Sensual Discrimination and also the signatory to the Convention for Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women. Also Different state and union territory of India in cooperation with central government initiate numbers of region specific program targeted at women to help reduce gender inequality like Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana, Kidhori Shakti Yojana, Swayamshidha Mahila Mandal Programme,  Rashtriya Mahila Kosh, Swawalamban Programme,  Mahila Samkhya Programme,  Balika Samridhi Yojana etc.

In spite all above corrective major country facing Gender inequality problem cause of Patriarchal Nature of Indian Society, Increasing demand of Dowry and Social Insecurity for Girl Child and Women. So to solve this problem we require to Change mind set of society and build strong positive image about women strength. Youth should come forward to create awareness in society about Government Programme and raise voice against mere evil Dowry - mother of many problems like Gender imbalance,  corruption,  inequality in society etc and stand against the Rape n Female foeticides case.

दिल्ली विधान सभा का चुनाव परिणाम तय करेगा देश में आगे की चुनावी राजनीत !

आगामी ७ फरवरी को दिल्ली  में नई सरकार के गठन के लिए पड़ने वाला मतदान देश के राजनीत को नई दिशा देने वाला है। ये चुनाव जहाँ एक तरफ " मोदी टीम "के लिए अग्निपरीक्षा है वही दूसरी तरफ अन्ना आन्दोलन से अस्तित्व में आई "आप पार्टी " के लिए उसका भविष्य तय करेगा। देश में मुख्य तौर पर विपक्ष की भूमिका निभा रही पार्टी इस चुनाव से जँहा  मोदी के विजयरथ को रुकते हुए देखना चाह रही है वही तीसरे मोर्चा के कुछ क्षेत्रिय दल मोदी विजयरथ को रोककर अपना भविष्य मजबूत करने के उम्मीद लगाये हुए  है।

आगामी १० फरवरी को आने वाला चुनाव परिणाम जंहा मोदी, बीजेपी व संघ के लिए आगामी २ सालो में विभिन्न राज्यों में होने वाले चुनाव में विजयपताका फहराने के लिए आवश्यक है वही कांग्रेस के नेताओ के लिए बीजेपी की हार उनको मोदी सरकार के विरोध में मुखर होने में सहायक होगा जबकि दिल्ली के चुनाव में कांग्रेस लड़ाई में ही नहीं है यही कारण  है की पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री शीला दिक्षित जी ने चुनावी रणनीत  के तहत चुनाव पूर्व ही प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर आप पार्टी को समर्थन करने की घोषणा कर दी जिससे की मुस्लिम समुदाय अपना वोट व्यर्थ ना कर विजयी हो रहे आप पार्टी के उम्मीदवार को वोट कर दे और इसी रणनीत के तहत ओवैसी ने अपने उम्मीदवार ही नहीं खड़े किये जबकि हाल ही में हुए महाराष्ट्र के विधानसभा चुनाओ में इनके ३ उम्मीद्वार विजयी हुए थे। लालू - नितीश ने जंहा चुनाव से महीने भर पहले दिल्ली में सयुंक्त सम्मलेन कर एक मंच पे आने की घोषणा की वंही दिल्ली चुनाव में पार्टी उम्मीदवार उतारने से दूर रहे केवल इस वजह से की आप पार्टी का वोट ना बटे और बीजेपी की हार सुनिश्चित हो।

विपक्षियो के रणनीत को भांपते हुए बीजेपी ने भी पार्टी मुख्यमंत्री पद के कमजोर उम्मीदवार की कमी को दूर करते हुए चुनाव घोषणा के ३ दिन पहले ही पूर्व पुलिस अधिकारी किरण बेदी को पार्टी की सदस्यता दिला विपक्ष  जनता व् आप पार्टी को सत्ता में ना लौटने का संदेश दिए साथ ही बेदी जी को मुख्यमंत्री पद का उम्मीद्वार घोषित कर पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओ को हर हाल में दिल्ली में सरकार बनाने का संदेश दे दिया।  दिल्ली के चुनाव में असली राजनीत की शुरूवात यही से होती है।  एक तरफ जँहा बीजेपी द्धार बेदी को मुख्यमंत्री पद का उम्मीद्वार घोषित करना दिल्ली बीजेपी के ही कुछ पुराने नेताओ को सही नहीं लगा वही पार्टी के अंदर लोकसभा चुनाव से खार खाए कुछ राष्ट्रीय नेता भी मोदी और अमित शाह जी को उनकी हैशियत का अहशास करने की चुप चाप तरीके से पुरजोर कोशिश  कर रहे है ऐसे में बीजेपी पार्टी अध्यक्ष व् मोदी जी के संकटहरण के लिए दिल्ली में सरकार बनाना उनकी काबिलियत सिद्ध करना है।

बेदी को चुनावी चेहरा बनाने से जँहा बीजेपी को चुनाव में महिलाओ व् युवाओ को रुझान में सफलता मिली और चुनाव में जीत की उम्मीद बढ़ गयी वही आप पार्टी व् अन्य विपक्षी पार्टियो ने बेदी पर "अवसरवादी राजनीत" का ठप्पा लगा बीजेपी के डैमेज कंट्रोल को कम करने का प्रयाश किया।  अब यहीसे शुरू हुआ राजनीत का नीचतम प्रयोग आरोप प्रत्यरोप का शिलशिला जो से शुरू हुआ उससे दोनों पार्टियो की असलियत सामने आने लगी कँही आप के कार्यकर्ता  के यँहा शराब की बोरियां पकड़ी जाने लगी तो कँही बीजेपी उम्मीद्वार द्वारा झुग्गी झोपड़ियों में पैसा बाटने का प्रमाण इसी बीच दिल्ली में पूर्व सत्ताधारी पार्टी ने चुप रहते हुए अपना काम दिखाया और बसन्तकुंज इलाके के एक चर्च पे हमला करा बीजेपी व् संघ को शक के घेरे में लाकर साम्प्रदायिक राजनीत करने का आरोप लगाया।  अगले ही दिन बीजेपी के मुख्यमंत्री पद के उम्मीदवार के चुनाव कार्यालय पर तोड़फोड़ करा माहौल को नया मोड़ देने की कोशिश से भी राजनीतिक बू आती है ये सिलशिला आगे बढ़ाते हुए आप पार्टी के ही एक अनुषांगिक संगठन " आवाम " ने आप पार्टी पर दो करोड़ रुपये काले धनराशि का पार्टी फण्ड में आने का विवरण पेश कर देती है और शाजिया इल्मी व् बिन्नी जैसी आप पार्टी की पूर्व नेता ही केजरीवाल को कटघरे में खड़े करना शुरू कर दिये जो बीजेपी को सत्ता में आने की राह आसान कर दिए लेकिन दिल्ली के कमजोर वर्ग के वोटर यानी झुग्गी झोपड़ी फुटपात पे रहने वाले ठेलेवाले रिक्शाचालक सरकारी तंत्र से त्रस्त होकर केजरीवाल को मुख्यमंत्री बनाना चाहती है यही आप पार्टी की सबसे बड़ी मजबूती है जो की बसपा के वोट बैंक की तरह कँही और वोट नहीं करेगी ऐसे में बीजेपी के लिए राह आसान तो नहीं है लेकिन एक बात तय है इस बार दिल्ली की जनता पूर्ण बहुमत की सरकार बनाना चाहती है ऐसे में ७ फरवरी के दिन वोट पड़ने का रुझान जिस पार्टी के पक्ष में सुबह ज्यादा होगा शाम होते होते जनता उसी के पक्ष में एकतरफा वोटिंग भी कर सकती है जिससे पूर्ण बहुमत की सरकार बनाना सुनिश्चित हो जाये क्योंकि दिल्ली जैसे राज्य में जँहा पढ़े लिखी व् व्यापारी मतदाता ज्यादा है वे बार बार चुनाव नहीं देखना चाहते।

युवा देंगे अपराधियों को करारा जवाब, दिखाएंगे इस बार सदन से बहार का रास्ता !

वर्षो से अपराध मुक्त व स्वक्छ राजनीत का  राग अलाप रही राजनीतिक पार्टी सबकुछ भूलकर, मई  २०१४ में गठित होने वाली १६ वीं लोकसभा के चुनावी समर में, अपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि व भ्रस्ट व्यक्तित्व के लोगो को सम्मानित कर चुनाओ मैदान में भेज रही है जो देश के युवाओ के साथ अन्याय है। जिस देश की कुल मतदाता आबादी का ४७ % मतदाता युवा हो वँहा संसद और विधानसभा में लगभग ४० % प्रतिनिधि अपहरण  हत्या , बलात्कार और चोरी - छिनैती जैसे अपराधो के आरोपी हो ये हमारे देश के युवाओ की अकरणमयता, आलस्य, स्वार्थ व  देश के बजाय व्यक्ति को महत्ता देने का परिणाम है।  निसंदेह व्यक्ति को महत्ता देनी चाहिए क्यों कि हमारा प्रतिनिधि ही  हमारे क्षेत्र का विकाश सुनिश्चित कर पायेगा प्रधानमंत्री या मुख्यमंत्री नहीं किन्तु देश कि अंतर्राष्ट्रीय गरिमा को ध्यान रखते हुए अपराधिक छवि व सोच के व्यक्ति को सदन में पहुचने से रोकना हम युवाओ का देशहित में कर्त्तव्य है।

वर्तमान लोकसभा में कुल १६२  सांसदो पर आपराधिक मामले दर्ज है जिसमे ७६ सांसदो पर गम्भीर आरोप है। बावजूद इसके बीजेपी ने अबतक कुल १०७ ऐसे उम्मीदवार को टिकट दिया है जिनपर आपराधिक मामले चलरहे है जिनमे २६ पर गम्भीर आरोप है। कांग्रेस इनसे एक कदम आगे ३३ गम्भीर आरोप वाले उम्मीदवार मैदान में उतारे है अमूमन यहीहाल क्षेत्रीय पार्टियो का है इनके भी ६०% उम्मीदवार आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि से है। सत्ता कि भूख और जोड़ तोड़ के इस चुनावी समर में बीजेपी ने हाल में कई आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि के वर्तमान और पूर्व सांसदो को पार्टी में शामिल किया इसी कड़ी में झारखण्ड के पलामू से सांसद कामेश्वर बइठा है जिनके ऊपर ४६ गम्भीर अपराधो के मुकदमे चल रहे है।  केवल इतना ही नहीं बीजेपी सत्ता के लालच में तो भ्रष्टाचार के मूल की संज्ञा दे चुकी कांग्रेस पार्टी के ऐसे नेताओ को भी शामिल कर रही है, जिनके भ्रष्टाचार का राग पिछले २ वर्षो से अलाप रही थी। जिसमे जगदम्बिका पाल और सतपाल  महराज मुख्य है जो वर्षो से उसी जड़ को सींच रहे थे। सोचनीय प्रश्न ये है कि कोई व्यक्ति जो कांग्रेस व अन्य पार्टी में भ्रष्ट रहा हो बीजेपी में आने पर स्वछ सोच का कैसे हो जाएगा। ऐसे में हम युवाओ को सोचना होगा कि हमे क्षेत्र के विकास के नाम पर वोट करना है या एक व्यक्ति जो प्रधानमंत्री के नाम पर वोट मांग रहा हो।

चुनाव आयोग के आकड़े के अनुसार इस बार कुल ३९ करोड़ युवा मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करेंगे जिसमे ४९ % युवा महिला मतदाता है और १८  - २३  आयु के कुल  ७.५ करोड़ मतदाता है।  १८ -१९  आयु के २.३ करोड़ युवा  पहली बार  मतदान करेंगे जिनकी संख्या प्रत्येक लोकसभा क्षेत्र में लगभग ९२००० है जो २२६ सीटों पर जीत के अंतर से अधिक है। सोशल मीडिया के इस दौर में ९.१ करोड़ शहरी युवा मतदाता आयु १८ - २५  सीधे देश के २८७ संसदीय सीटो पर जीत को प्रभावित करेंगे जिसमे १६० शहरी सीट सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित होंगे। चुनाओ आयोग के इस आकड़े से लगता है इस बार युवा ही देश के ५४३ लोकसभा सांसदो का भविष्य तय करेंगे।

पिछले दो सालो में हम युवाओ ने अपनी ताकत का अहसास सरकार, प्रशासन व अपराधियों को कराया है। अन्ना के नेतृत्व में सड़क पर उतरकर भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लोकपाल की लड़ाई ( प्रशासन के खिलाफ ), निर्भया के समर्थन में महिलाओ के सुरक्षा की लड़ाई ( अपराधियों के खिलाफ  ) और केजरीवाल के साथ खड़े होकर दिल्ली की सरकार परिवर्तन की लड़ाई लड़ी। अब बारी है देश की संसद से अपराधियो को बाहर रखने की लड़ाई। तो सोचिये मत आगे आइये लोगो को जागरूक करिये, देश के साथ- साथ क्षेत्र का विकास भी प्राथमिक है इसलिए वोट उसे करिये, जो हमारे बीच का हो, जो हमारी सुनता हो, जिससे हम मिल सकते हो, जो विकास कि बात करता हो अपराध की नहीं। दोस्तों अबकी बार चुक हुयी तो पाँच साल इंतज़ार करना पड़ेगा।  इस बार अपराधियो को सदन तक पहुचने मत दो।

दोस्तों यदि आप सब देश की संस्कृति, सम्प्रभुता व गरिमा को सुरक्षित करना चाहते है तो इस बार अपराधी व भ्रस्ट मनोवृत्ति के उम्मीदवार को वोट न करे। वोट करे क्षेत्र के विकास, अपराधमुक्त वातावरण, महिलाओ की सुरक्षा, मुफ्त शिक्षा, बिजली  व रोजगार के नाम पर।

उम्मीदवार वही चुने जो क्षेत्र का विकास सुनिश्चित करे , हमारी आवाज को सदन में मजबूती के साथ उठाये, अपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि ना हो, शिक्षित व अनुभवी हो।

बिकाऊ हुई नौकरिया उ प्र लोक सेवा आयोग बना भ्रस्टाचार का केंद्र !

आज के इस प्रतिस्पर्धा के दौर में, जँहा विद्यार्थी कई  सालो से घर परिवार त्यागकर सदूर बैठ, अच्छे जीवनशैली के सपने  सजोए घंटो पढ़ाई में लीन है , जिनके साथ माँ बाप खुद दुख झेलकर व त्यागकर  उनके आवस्यकताओ की पूर्तिकर रहे , ये बाट लगाये बैठे है कि बेटा अधिकारी बन जाएगा तो उसका जीवन सफल हो जाएगा , पर  उनको  ये नहीं पता कि अब उ प्र  लोक सेवा आयोग भ्रस्टाचार  केंद्र बन गया है जिस पर समाज के हर व्यक्ति का विश्वास था कि ये एक संवैधानिक संस्था है यंहा पर नेता व अधिकारियों कि नहीं चलती यंहा तो वही चुना जाता है जो प्रत्येक मापदंडो पर खरा उतरता है परन्तु अब ये लोकोक्ति हो चुका है।  आयोग के  अध्यक्ष और सचिव आपसी मिलीभगत से पैसे लेकर एक वर्ग विशेष और क्षेत्र के छात्रो को वरीयता देकर परीक्षा परिणामो में धांधली कर नियुक्ति दे रहे है और प्रदेश कि समाजवादी सरकार सहयोगात्मक भूमिका निभा रही है। एक तरफ जंहा सालो से मेहनत कर रहे छात्रो का भविष्य दांव पर लगा है वंही दूसरी ओर  सरकार और विपक्ष शान्त बैठ तमाशा देख रही है ऐसे में छात्रो का आग बबूला होना स्वाभाविक है जिसके परिणाम स्वरुप पिछले ६ महीनो में दो बार विरोध प्रदर्शन कर छात्रो ने सरकार व आयोग के मनमाने कार्यप्रणाली पर अपनी आवाज समाज के सामने उठायी है परन्तु सरकार मूक बनी है।  हांलहि में २ जनवरी को हुए विरोध प्रदर्शन में सरकार के मुखिया मूक बने थे और अलाहबाद में आयोग के सामने पुलिश प्रसाशन ने बर्बरता पूर्ण लाठीचार्ज कर ३२ छात्रो को अपराधिक धाराओं के तहत जेल भेज दिए।

अलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय व् छात्र राजनीत के इतिहास में ये कालादिन था जब सारकार ने छात्रो के विरोध प्रदर्शन पे कोई संज्ञान नहीं लिया।  इसे हम उ प्र सरकार का अन्धापन ही कह सकते है।  जंहा एक ओर मुज़फ्फरनगर  में दन्गा पीड़ित, कड़ाके  की  ठंढ में कैम्पों में पीड़ित पड़े है , इल्लाहाबाद में छात्र आयोग में व्याप्त भ्रस्टाचार के विरोध में प्रदर्शन कर रहे है वँही  दूसरी ओर सरकार जनता के गाढ़ी कमाई से भरे टैक्स से मंत्रियों और विधायको को विदेश भ्रमड पे भेज दी और सैफई महोत्सव में प्रदेश के सबसे युवा  मुख्यमंत्री अपने मुखिया मुलायम के साथ नाच देखने में मशगूल थे।  कहने को तो ये समाजवादी है परन्तु इनके शौख और विलाशिता किसी मुगलकालीन राजा से कम नहीं  वैसे भी प्रदेश में मुलायम के मुगलिया शौख किसी से छुपे नहीं है।  प्रदेश सरकार केवल वोटबैंक कि राजनीत करना जानती है इनको विकाश का मायने पता ही नहीं दुर्भाग्य तो प्रदेश कि जनता का है कि एक को हटाने के लिए उसने दूसरे भ्रस्ट समूह को वोट स्वार्थवश कर इनको पूर्ण बहुमत में लाई जिसके लिए आज अपने हित कि लड़ाई लड़ रहे छात्र भी जिमेदार है जिन्होने मायावती सरकार को हटाने के लिए बढ़चढ़ के इनके चुनाव में हिस्सा लिए थे और आज फिर उन्ही के भ्रस्टाचार से त्रस्त होकर सड़क पर  उतरचुके है।  ऐसे में सरकार और छात्रो दोनों को सिख लेने कि जरुरत है।  समाजवादी सरकार को ये समझाना होगा कि यदि ये नवजवान सत्ता में ला सकते है तो सत्ता से बहार भी कर सकते है और छात्रो को स्वार्थहित में नहीं बल्कि तर्कशक्ति के आधार पर देशहित में वोट करना चाहिए क्योंकि यदि पड़े लिखे नवजवान ये नहीं समझ पाएंगे, तो ये मजदूरो से उम्मीद नहीं कि जा सकती है।  यदि हम नवजवानो के आँख कि पट्टी अब भी नहीं खुली तो ये आयोग कि नौकरी के लायक ही नहीं है क्योंकि जब ये सही व्यक्ति को चुनकर सदन में नहीं भेज सकते तो ये सही प्रशासक भी नहीं बन सकते।

हमे तो आश्चर्य हो रहा है कि समाजवादी सरकार सत्ता में आते ही सारे नियमो को ताकपर रखकर आयोग के अध्यक्ष व् सचिव कि नियुक्ति केवल वोट बैंक कि राजनीत के लिए कराती है जिनपर उनके गृह जनपद में कई आपराधिक मामले दर्ज है और हमारा युवा सो रहा था। हमारे समाज का  दुर्भाग्य है कि लोग तबतक नहीं बोलते जबतक कि गाज अपने पे नहीं गिरती और यही हमारे प्रतियोगी छात्रो ने किया, जब अपने पे आयी तो सड़क पे आ गए।  यंहा पर एक कहावत  याद आती है     " जब जागो तभी सवेरा " .

मित्रो ये लड़ाई केवल अपना हक़ पाने भर से नहीं ख़त्म होगी, ये लड़ाई तब पूरी होगी, जब आम चुनाव में समाजवादी चोंगा पहने इस सरकार को हमारे यही युवा इनके विपक्ष वोटकर सबक सिखायेंगे और वर्ग विशेष को मिल रहे आरक्षड की निति को समाप्तकर आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर छात्रो को इसका लाभ सुनिष्चित कराने के शर्त पर ही वोट सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

Library Chain at Panchayat Level could be Key Information Center for Villagers

We are the World 2nd largest populated Country with 1.22 billions after China, out of this 73% are still living in Village Area, in which 56% are engaged in Agriculture Activity. Country literacy reach around 75%  but in Rural part its still around 55%,  more important is Unemployment in Educated Youth in Rural part is more then average country rate because of lacking Information and Guidance. From the time of our Freedom Struggle Gandhi Ji  was more focus about Village Swaraj, I salute him about his Vision, he was well aware about the problem we are facing after 65 yrs of our Independence, Unfortunate to say Our leader  are still not understand Vision of Bapu  perfectly, they more focused about to Grab the seats in Parliament and Legislative body. I obliged to Lt. Sri Rajeev Gandhi ji, he understand the Vision - Father of Nation and put sheer effort for Local Self Government which was already define in Our Constitution Article 40 . In 1993 finally action has been taken to give tribute to Gandhi Ji therefore 73rd Amendment Act came in to realization through which 11th Schedule for Panchaytiraj include in Constitution - Which explain about 29 major Function of Pachayat in detail. Library establishment is one of the major function mention there but no one focus about.

Surprise is that Country Policy Maker, Politician, Social Activist and Village Panchayat, no one realize the importance of  Library at Panchayat, which could be major Information and Guidance Center for Rural Youth and Villagers. More important, it will help to develop reading hobbit and change the thought process of villagers, definition of Literacy also be change, to provoked rational thought in Rural Youth. From here Govt. can deliver all information related New Change in Laws and Programs in terms Rural Development and People Empowerment. Lawyers, Educationist, Psychologist should associate here to give solution in daily life to villagers. Library can be center for Vocational Courses for Youth to organize Sports Activity and many more things.......  Even it will help to train member of Gram Sabha.

At present 2.4 lac's Gram Panchayat are acting cover 6.3 lac village's therefore By Establishing Library Govt. can generate approx 10 lac's Employment at Village level cause to manage Library there are 5 key people require.

To develop World Class Library at Panchayat level, Ministry of Panchayatiraj Rural Development, Sports & Youth Welfare and Information Technology can give major fund contribution, for better management n establishment, also we can invite Corporate NGO's .

Library could also establish through the help of NGO and Self help Group by the help of Volunteer's like Retired Govt. Teachers and Officials. To Run Library we could acquire place at Pachayat Bhawan of village or Primary Schools with the coordination of Gram Sabha.

Now Days, Its very common to here or read in news about suicide or shoot out in house or out side due to very small Argument and Psycho-societal pressure. An incident of South West Distt. Delhi where Father n Son came out to eat Ice cream in near by market, An Youth group start arguing with them sudden one Guy make fire by pistol, Son got dead on the spot and Father injured too. We could Never forgot Jesica Lal murder in 1999 just for not serving wine first, An Youth belongs from high profile family of Hariyana Shoot her. Country Opposition Party master mind, key player of NDA Government, Pramod Mahajan shoot out by his brother licence Riwalver in 2005 in mental pressure etc many incident are happen due frustration. These mental pressure are related to youth regarding study, better marks in collage, better life style, beautiful Girl friend, Good job, After marriage better education for child, Luxurious House for wife, Social recognition, dream for international tour etc and to make sure all these things happen in short span of time, they are ready to go any way, these pressure make them short tempered, frustrated from life and society. They become isolated and get away from family / friends, due to loneliness they run towards suicide, for this they shoot himself coz it resultant with out pain in second.

Licensed weapon become status symbol for today Youth, they prefer outing with these but miss use of these weapons increased due to pressure on social life. Now days an small argument resultant in death cause it insure easy death with out any pain in second.......... So The Arms Act 1956 and 1986  must be modified and made strict for Citizen to get weapon licence for self defense/safety cause many of them applied just for status symbol not for safety, many of them i know they do not have any threat or raivallary but they are very keen to take or buy weapons. As easy licencing become one of the major reason for short tempered death act or suicide cause it insure easy death with out any pain in second.. So it must be Control to reduce suicide cases.

Most of high profile suicide happen with licensed weapon So IPC Act 1860 also be modified in terms of keeping and use Weapons.

Humble request to all my Bureaucrat friends - IAS/ IPS  be careful before giving final consideration for weapon licence, there must be insure security reason not the status and Political leaders kindly stop Nepotism for Weapon licence .

All regional party are only trying to create environment in favor of his party in comming Lok Sabh Election 2014 and few of them trying to creat pressure on Central Govt to Grab fund. If we go in history, will find the action taken by Manmohan ji in 1991 in favor of Libralization, was also continue by the Previous NDA Govt . Result are billion's of job created in Software, Telicom,  Automobile, Banking and Insurance, Many Public Sector units shows tremendous growth because of competition created by Privete Co, Millions of SMEs came in to realization by job source through MNCs. These metro will shine more once FDI in retail properly implement cause it will help to stop movement of Labor and Youth towards metros, Slums in metro will decrease.

Now time for 2 tier cities and Rural India, for which FDI in retail could play crucial role in development, I am dam sure this will not effect Kiraana stores cause MNCs are niether going to open store in every Chauraha, Tiraha or Nukkad of the city's / town nor every person will go to buy daily basis small requirement from MNCs stores. Students,Batchlors and Rikshawpuller requirement are very small, generally they prefer credit so they will always prefer to buy goods from Nukkad Kiraana store. FDI in retail will create compitition in market result of that consumer get better deal and local Kirana Store will improve the service and quality in fear of survival in market.

The existing FDI policy of the country ensure maximum benefit to our Govt, Citizens and Corporate houses,  result we are seeing in different sectors. In addition of this FDI in Retail policy have many things in favor of Farmers like - MNCs will not allowed to open store in less then 10 lac population cities, 100 % manufacturing should be insure inside the country, of which 30% will be out source to Framers and 50 % fund raise from FDI will be use in Rural Infrastructure Development. According to Population condition, only 80 cities having population 10 lac above, in which 8 metros - having population more then 5 millions retails business are in boom there fore FDI in retail will not effect Kiraana stores in near future even result of that Middle Man role will end and Former will get better price from the buyer.

MNCs will promote Contract forming also introduce New forming technology, Supply chain management will improve, wastage of vegetables and goods will control etc. Downfall of Agriculture contribution in GDP will increase, better return in forming will motivate former even youths participation in Agribusiness increase. Job out sourcing by Retail MNC's will promote entrepreneurship in forming sector by which most of traders will get benefited - those are today shouting slogan against govt, lifestyle of rural India will improve. Payment of dowry prohibited by Dowry Protection Law 1961, supported by section 304b and 498a of IPC Act, in spite that Dowry are still major factor in deciding marriage of upper class society due to status of bride family.

Most of the country literate population following the trend of western culture - our dressing sense changed, Dhoti- Kurta replace by Jeans, Cargo & T- shirts, using Cars for local travel in place Bullock Cart , Mobile become basic need of people make communication easy today, consumption of liquor & bear increase in youth , parents pushing children to be part glamours world like Modelling, Acting, Singing, Anchoring, DJ, Radio Jockey etc, Night dance party and Pub culture become the part of daily routine . Question is that if our society freely adopting western culture then why not ready to remove the dowry system from the country? Why Honor Killing supporting by so called thekedar of society? Why we not follow western culture in this issues? there is no "cast creed" boundation in marriage, youths are free to choose Grooms AND in place of dowry they give & take only Roses and Chocklates . Why our society always adopt double stander ?

Dowry is ancient tradition of our country, people believes that giving & receiving dowry reflects the status AND help to achieve different hierarchy in society but it was also related to Self satisfaction, Willingness and Happiness of Grooms family. Now days it become the condition with the list of Goods for Marriage by Brides family , this condition should be in terms of high qualification, better understanding about family values & society, self dependency etc, Which help To increase Women literacy of country - very important for Nurturing and Grooming for next generation, To decrease the death ratio due to dowry, To increase the strong bonding and happiness b/w newly couple, these are important requisite for peaceful life .

Therefore Dowry should be in form of Willingness from Grooms family, not condition with the list of Goods from the Brides family.

To irredicate dowry give freedom to youth to choose Groom or Bride as per his/ her preference.

आज जब की हम आज़ादी की ६४वि सालगिरा माना रहे है ऐसे में kuchh महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्नों पर चर्चा करना आवश्यक है, जो विश्व के सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र की उस व्यवस्था के प्रति सच्ची श्रधांजलि होगी जिसके हम भागिदार है, और usaki निष्पक्षता सुनिश्चित करना हमारा कर्तव्य है क्यों की किसी देश की आत्मा उस देश के नागरिको में बसती है अतः अपनी संवैधानिक व्यवस्था के प्रति हम जीतनी अधिक शुद्धता सुनिश्चित कर पायेंगे उतनी ही शुद्धता आर तीब्रता के साथ इस व्यवस्था का सञ्चालन भी सुनिश्चित ho paayega , यह संभव तभी हो पायेगा जब देश का प्रतेक नागरिक संविधान के मूल उधेश्य को आत्मसात करे और स्वतंत्रता से प्राप्त मूल अधिकारों का सही उपयोग सुनिश्चित हो ।

चर्चा को आगे बढ़ने से पहले हम देश के इतिहास को संक्षिप्त में समझाने की कोशिश करेगे, जैसा की हम सब जानते है की लांखो नवजवानों, महिलाओं, बुजुर्गो की कुर्बानी का परिणाम है की आज हम २०० साल के ब्रिटिश हुकूमत से १५ august १९४७ को आजाद हो पायें। देश की आजादी का तो हम सब को गर्व है परन्तु हम उन शहीदों की शहादत को hum भूल गएँ है जिसके लिए unhone लड़ाई । british शासन से छुटकारा हम क्यों चाहते थे? आजादी से मुख्यरूप से हमे क्या मिला ? स्वतंत्रता का मूल अर्थ क्या है ? क्या वास्तव में हम स्वतंत्रता से प्राप्त अपने अधिकारों का प्रयोग सही रूप में कर पा रहे है ? भारतीय संविधान द्वारा नागरिको को दिया गया सबसे महत्वपूर्ण अधिकार क्या है ? आज हमारी शक्शार्ता ७५% से अधिक हो चुकी है फिर भी इन प्रश्नों पर न कोई सोचता है न ही आवाज उठता है , इस लेख के माध्यम से स्वतंत्रता से प्राप्त सबसे महत्वपूर्ण अधिकार के बारे में प्रकाश डालेंगे जो हमे मुग़ल और ब्रिटिश काल में प्राप्त नहीं था, जैसे की अपने राजा को चुनने का अधिकार, वोट का अधिकार

वोट का अधिकार, एकलौता अधिकार है जो सही मायना में हमे स्वतंत्र होने का यह्सास करता है इसे छोड़ दे तो हम आज भी उसी व्यवस्था व् परंपरा के भागिदार है जैसे मुग़ल व् ब्रिटिश काल के दौरान थे, केवल उसका संचालन समय व् परिस्थिति के अनुसार एक हाथ से दुसरे हाथ में भटक रही है और यह भी तभी संभव हो पाया जब हमे वोट का अधिकार मिला। इस तरह हम समझ सकते है की वोट का अधिकार हमारे हाथ में एक ऐसी शक्ति है जिसके माध्यम से हम अपने क्षेत्र, राज्य, देश के विकाश को सुनिश्चित करवा सकते है और जो जनता के प्रतिनिधि इसके विपरीत सोच रखते है उनका परिवर्तन भी सुनिश्चित कर सकते है। जैसे की वोट के अधिकार की उपयोगिता बिना चुनाव के संभव नहीं है वैसे ही बिना उपयुक्त प्रतिनिधि के चुने क्षेत्र का विकाश संभव नहीं है । गाँधी जी हमेशा कान्हा करते थे की किसी देश का विकाश तभी संभव है जब गाँव का विकाश सुनिश्चित हो पायेगा, अर्थार्थ जब गाँव में पानी, विजली, स्वस्थ्य, सड़क व् रोजगार की सुविधाए सुचार रूप से कार्य करे तभी किसी देश का सम्पूर्ण विकाश सुनिश्चित होगा, यही कारण है की पंचायतीराज व्यवस्था आज गाँव में मौलिक सिविधाये उपलब्ध कराने का मुख्या केंद्र बन गया है । इस प्रकार पंचायत का मुखिया व् विधायक किसी भी क्षेत्र के विकाश की मुक्य कड़ी है जहाँ से किसी भी देश के विकाश का वास्तविक पैमाना तय होता है, अर्थार्थ जब हम अपना मुखिया व् विधायक ही गलत चुन लेंगे तो क्षेत्र का विकाश अशंभव है इस लिए वोट देने से पहले प्रत्यासी के पृष्ठभूमि, शिक्षा, उपलब्धियों को ध्यान में रखना जरुरी है। अफसोश तो इस बात का है की जैसे जैसे हमारी शक्शार्ता बढ़ रही है वैसे ही वोट करने की रूचि कम होती जा रही है शिक्षित सिविल सोसाइटी के लोग वोट के दिन घर में आराम फरमा रहे होते है यही कारण है की हम उपयुक्त प्रतिनिधि नहीं चुन पाते है भ्रष्टाचार बढ़ने का एक कारन ये भी है जिसके लिया हम सभी जिमेदार है परन्तु हम अपनी गलतियों को सिख नहीं लेते है आरोप और पर लगाते है

अतः मई आप लोगो से इस लेख के माध्यम से अपना वोट सुनिश्चित करने का अनुरोध करता हु और वोट ऐसे व्यक्ति को दे जो हमारी सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित कर पाए , अपराध व् गुंडागर्दी से मुक्त करा पाए, जो हमारे क्षेत्र का विकाश सुनिश्चित करा पाए, जो सदन में पूरी दृढ़ता व् आत्म विश्वाश के साथ अपने बातो व् समस्याओ को रख सके.

Though Highest consumption of goods and availability of cheapest man power in these country attract the whole European and Western World for Production and Sales, Due to that impact India n China contribution in world GDP increasing day by day, fear of that to power overcome by India or china, USA always show leniency to take serious step to solve the India - China Border issue, Tibetan issue, Kashmir issue etc.
America support India on Nuclear issue just to support his country Corporate Groups and China in Defense, to provide strength against India, Financial support to Pakistan for increasing Terrorism and Naxal Activity with in Indian Boundary. there fore overall motto of USA is to Ignite South Asian country against each other to hold the economy progress and make them weak not to strengthen .

Being the world largest Democratic Country India responsibility towards Neighboring Country and NRIs living in USA, bound him for strategic tie up with USA on various critical issues, our govt cud not react strongly against USA, taking advantage of these thing, USA continuous promoting mischievous activity with in our boundary...

Pakistan has no other option in spite being against India coz country whole economy is based on fund provided by America. On every International platform USA leaders says they provide fund to curb the terrorism but truth is, they want to promote Terrorism & Naxal acts against India. It prove many times but USA never take any strong action against Pakistan, inspite to know they had miss use the fund n keep continuing funding.

India is most deserving competitor of China to become world power so USA time-time push china against India.

Therefore China, Pakistan, Bangladesh promote Terrorist and Naxal activity in Indian territory with indirect support of USA and China.
More over if we talk about solution on Terrorism n Naxalism, it can be curb, up to some extent by Establishing

Is Muslim Population Require Reservation ?

Reservation can not be only key solution for uplifment of deprived class in society. If we analyse the current status of SC/ST, those enjoying reservation since the time our constitution adopted and OBC enjoying the reservation benefit from 1990 but in reality major advantage taken by those are economically strong in these category.

I do not agree that reservation, help in uplifment of living stander of deprived class cause I believe quality education, complimentary food, basic amenity availability, country economic growth & per capita growth play key role to improve the stander of deprived class.

In reality reservation only require for higher education and at Panchayat level  not for govt jobs/ pvt jobs.

In case of Muslim Reservation, yes, they require support of reservation in Education & at Panchayat level but it should be for economically backward Muslim family, they also require reservation in Govt jobs / Pvt. jobs.

Finally I would like to say two things -
1. Reservation policy needs to be modified on the basis of Economic stander of society in jobs for all category.
2. In Education and Panchayat, reservation criteria should be same as it but Muslim Population must ensure some previlage here.

We are living in 21st century, Indian economy take new move in 1993, Telecom and Software business wrote history in 90's decade with Bharti Teliventure and Infosys . Revolution in Retail bring by KISHORE BEYANI - Small Entrepreneur, shape the first decade of 21st century almost all big business family of country enter in Retail business. Many fast food chain and Retail grossary chain came in to realization and change the buying habit of Indian people.

Now time arive to organise Indian Tea business by offering different flavor, hygiene and nutrition. One day i was in one of the famous coffee cafe in delhi with few of my colleague, i observe the crowd there, most of them from middle family and youth, that day I was piad there 700 buks just for three coffee and cookies. it was that moment when idea srike in my mind to organise the Tea business and gave them new flavor thus TEA TOWN Cafe' came in to realization....

Why should I bother about politics..?

This question is itself biggest setback for INDIAN democratic system. Is ever we think positively why we are suffering by the corruption, cast and regional politics due to poverty and poor literacy level of country.

After 62 yrs of independence, more then 65% population are bound to live with out electricity, water, road, transport in village, In last decade govt brings programme to curb this problems but still quality insurance are major hurdle cause politician and contractor nexus are very strong in country in spite that youth of country hate about political system....

Biggest problem of Indian politics, youth are not actively participating, on the day of general election govt announce the national holiday to insure maximum Vote and most of the youth age between 18-45, who could play very crucial role in making aware about the importance of VOTING RIGHT to rural, poor and illiterate population, can help to establish healthy politics in our democracy but unfortunately they celebrate the day in front of TV or multiplex and most of poor and illiterate population those are not much aware about Indian politics insure vote to corrupt politician/criminal in greed to celebrate the day better money received from contestant in favor of votes . Bad thing is that after getting election result youth like us start chi-chat about

corrupt political system of country.

Inspite criticise corrupt political system come forward to ignite the poor people regarding manipulation of corrupt politician coz we youth cover 60% population of country. Now days most of the Western and European corporate houses seeing them as strength for investment in India because Indian youth having more purchasing power, if we are strength for western country then why not for our country to create a wave to change the Indian politician attitude, need is only to ignite yourself and surroundings. If we look our past we will find that youths can erase the rust of Indian politics same as our ancestor did against British Govt.

बढती महंगाई बनी जी का जंजाल, क्या कर रहे है हमारी सरकार के युवराज ? भावी प्रधानमंत्री

किसी ब्यक्ति विशेष का नाम न लेते हुए, मैं हमारी सरकार के युवराज का ध्यान बढ़ती महंगाई के कारणों और आम जनता की परेशानियों की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहूँगा और आगे बढ़ने से पहले मै कुछ प्रश्न पूछना चाहूँगा की, क्या जनता का जनादेश सरकार को इसलिए था की महंगाई को और बढ़ावा मिले या उसपे नियंत्रण ? क्या सरकार ये सोच रखती हैं की छठवा वेतन का लागू होना सारी जनता के लिए महंगाई से लड़ने का उपाय है ? यदि ऐसा है तो ये सरकार का भ्रम है , क्योंकि न ही सारी जनता सरकारी नौकरी करता है और न ही हर एक परिवार में एक सदस्य सरकारी सेवक है और यदि सरकार इस भ्रम में है की निजी सेक्टर में नौकरी कर रहे लोगो का मोटा वेतन महंगाई से लड़ने में सक्षम है , तो ये भी एक भ्रम है सरकार का , क्यों की उन्हे तो एक सिमित वेतन में ही सब कुछ करना होता है उनको एक तरफ़ आधुनीक जीवन स्तर , महेंगी शिक्षा तो दूसरी तरफ़ महंगाई को झेलना पड़ रहा है । बेहतर तो ये होगा की हमारे युवराज एक दिन रोजमर्रा के उपयोग की वस्तु खरीदने के लिए बाजार में जाए और बाजार की सच्चाई को एक मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार के व्यक्ति को रख कर विश्लेषण करे की , क्या इस सच्चाई पर चुप रहना उचित है ? क्या हम केवल इस लिए चुप है की कंही हमारी सरकार गिर जाएँगी या इस लिए की महंगाई झेल रहे लोगो का नेत्रित्व्व करने वाला कोई नही है । अफ़सोस तो इस बात का है की हमे आजाद हुए साथ साल से ज्यादा हो चुके है फिर भी जो गरीब है उनमे जानकारी का आभाव है और जो पढ़े लिखे लोग है उनमे सरकार और भर्स्ट नेताओ का अत्याचार झेलन का साहस नही है । तो प्रश्न यह उठता है की क्या हमारी सरकार व पार्टी में उपस्थित युवा पीढी के नेता भी इसी श्रेधि में है यदि ये सच है तो उनको निर्वहन कर रहे जिमेदारियो से इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए , क्यो की जो आम जनता की आवाज को सदन तक नही पहुँचा सकता उसे पुनः जनता के भीच में जाने का कोई अधिकार नही है । आज की स्थिति को देखकर तो यही लगता है की ब्रिटिश हुकूमत और आज की सरकारों के कार्य करने की पद्धति में कोई ख़ास अन्तर नही है जब जनता की आवाज अपने फायदे के सामने दबा दी जाती थी । मुझे लगता है की महंगाई का मुख्य कारण क्षेत्रीय पार्टी के मुखियाओं के हाथ में जनता व किसानो के हीत से जुड़े विभागों का होना है , इस लिए the youth की तरफ़ से मै युवराज का ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहूँगा की इस पर विचार करें और जनता के हित से जुड़े विभागों को इनके हाथो से वापस ले क्योंकि इन क्षेत्रीय पार्टी के मुखिया अपने वफादारों को न चाहते हुए भी नाराज नही कर पाते , इसकी वजह से बिचौलिओं की संख्या बढ़ती है, जिससे महंगाई तीब्र गति से बढती है , जिसका कोपभाजन किशानो और जनता को होना पड़ता है । मै मानता हूँ की महंगाई के कई कारण है पर उनमे से एक कारण ये भी है जिससे इंकार नही किया जा सकता और महंगाई का एक दूसरा कारण भ्रष्टाचार है जिससे हमारा पुरा तंत्र बुरी तरह से ग्रस्त है, जिससे छुटकारा पाना तो इतना आसन नही है पर बिचालिओं से यदि छुटकारा मिल जाए तो कुछ हद तक महंगाई कंट्रोल की जा सकती है ।

अभी हाल में ही हमारे युवराज ने राष्ट्रिय स्तर पर प्रतिभा खोज आयोजित करवाया जिसके माध्यम से देश के युवाओ को राजनीत में आगे आने के लिए प्ररित किया । तो प्रश्न इस बात का है की क्या ये badati महंगाई और भ्रष्टाचार पे लगाम दे पाएंगे या अपने गुरुओ की परम्परा को ही अपनाएंगे ? क्या ये नवजवान अपने आपको भ्रष्टाचार के इस जंगल से दूर रख पाएंगे या नही ? मुझे लगता है की भावी प्रधानमंत्री जी, यदि की इस नए टीम को ईमानदारी की ट्युटोरियल क्लास भी दे तो अच्छा होगा और इस तरह की प्रतिभा खोज के दौरान मनोवैज्ञानिक परिक्ष्हन जरुर करवाए जिससे की सही दिशा में उनके सोच को पहचाना जा सके और हम ये जान पाए की, क्या वे देश को २०२० तक विकशित देश की श्रेंदी में देखना चाहते है की नही ? आज आपके नेतृत्व व अटूट विश्वास में देश के युवा आगे बढ़ने को तैयार है तो उनके विश्वास को और मजबूत करने के लिए आपको इन आम जनता से जुड़े समस्याओ को खत्म कर उनके इरादों को और मजबूत करना होगा और श्री राजीव गाँधी जी के क्रातिकारी सपनो को गाँव - गाँव तक पहुचाते हुए हुए सम्पूर्ण विकाश जैसे पानी, बीजिली , खाद्य आपूर्ति , सड़क, रोजगार , शिक्षा , समानता , स्त्रिसस्तीकरण व अपराधमुक्त समाज का निर्माण करते हुए देश को रक्षा ,विज्ञान , व सूचना प्र्द्योगिग्की के शेत्र में प्रथम स्थान पर पहुचाना है और गाँधी जी व कलम जी के सपनो को साकार कर देश को 2o2o तक विकशित देश बनाना है और यह तभी संभव है जब हम पंचायतीराज व्यवस्था को और मजबूत करे व पंचायत स्तर पर योजनाओ का क्रियान्वयन भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त हो पाए , खासकर पंचायत स्तर पर युवाओ के मार्गदर्शन के करियर मार्गदर्शन केन्द्र जरुर स्थापित कराये । हमें यह विश्वास है की आपके नेतृत्व में देश विकशित देश का दर्जा प्राप्त करेगा ।
